• Weekly coaching sessions for the first one to two months with Tristyn (on Zoom or over the phone)
• Bi weekly coaching sessions for the last four to five months with Tristyn (on Zoom or over the phone)
• Email support in between sessions for support and guidance throughout your entire program
• One of the following: Pantry makeover, Supermarket tour, or cooking lesson
• Simple recipes that are easy and quick to prepare + meal planning guidance.
• Customized plan for healing with personalized sessions and accountability
• Mindset & Stress reduction- Stress and mindset are HUGE components to optimal healing and together we will explore what mindsets could be holding you back and practical tips to stop stressing and start living
